Stanley Adwell is the CEO/Co-Founder of Intellisteel Group, LLC. Stanley brings 27+ years of industry expertise, business ownership and leadership with his businesses across multiple industries; Finance, Design-Engineering, Telecommunications, Homeland Defense and Real Estate Development. He has personally developed and scaled his companies’ brands, market penetration and positioning strategies both domestic and internationally for his companies.
Prior to starting Intellisteel Group in 2016, Stanley acted as the Managing Director, and frequent keynote speaker, for the technology developer throughout North, Central, South America and the Caribbean. During this time, Stanley was able to gain intimate knowledge of the manufacturer’s technology, software and competitive market landscape as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
Stanley recognized that through developing a process and methodology to fill significant and ever-growing gaps in the traditional construction industry presented a unique opportunity. With the significant lack of skilled labor, increasing labor and material costs, diminishing material quality, and delayed project schedules, the industry faced an uphill battle educating an industry steeped in a tradition of incorporating inefficiencies into their everyday processes. It became obvious, that Intellisteel Group needed to work to lead the construction industry out of its unchanged, decades old mindset and introduce construction technology "ConTech" and all its advances. However, the resistance to moving beyond the standard, traditional methodologies was real.
Intellisteel's advanced, 3D models, precision steel framing manufacturing output benefits, accelerates and reduces costs and schedules on every project and competes with and beats wood on every project.
Intellisteel currently has (2) steel framing Manufacturing factories (Florida and Texas) with a 3rd coming on-line in Michigan June 2025. With 10 machines operating in these factories Intellisteel's capacity and geographic footprint is unmatched in the U.S. Recognition and Awards: has been awarded Florida Top 50 Companies to Watch and Finalist for Sterling’s Manufacturing Business Excellence Award.
