Randy Kerlin has worked within the property insurance and restoration industry for the past 23 years. He has held claim adjuster and claim management roles with State Farm Ins., Farmers/Foremost Ins., and Tower Hill Insurance Group. During his time at Tower Hill Insurance Group, Randy held various management roles including Vendor Management, Quality Assurance, Catastrophe Response, and Underwriting Property Inspections.
Randy joined Rytech Restoration in January of 2013 as the VP of Business Development and in 2014 assumed the role of Executive Vice President of Operations. Randy was appointed the Chief Operating Officer role at Rytech in 2016. In his current role as COO, Randy provides leadership and management of the overall operational functions at Rytech Restoration. His role as COO supports organizational growth while upholding Rytech Restoration’s standards of excellence.
As the COO, Randy’s guidance ensures successful delivery of all Rytech Restoration service types which includes overseeing Franchise Training/Support, the Mitigation Data Specialist Unit, Franchise Development, Client Services, National Sales and Marketing, Technology, and the Accounting Department. Randy earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Florida and is a certified CE instructor.
