Ben Tepedino

Ben Tepedino has worked within the property insurance and restoration industry since 1999. Prior to Rytech, Ben worked with Alacrity Solutions for 19 years. He served on multiple teams and lead Alacrity’s Technical Support, Customer Service and Field Operations during his tenure. 

Ben joined Rytech Restoration in September of 2019 as VP of Operations. Ben’s role supports team development, evolvement, and service, while upholding Rytech Restoration’s standards of excellence. 

As the VP of Operations, Ben’s guidance ensures successful delivery of operations for the following departments: Field Services, the Mitigation Data Specialist Unit, Client Services/Intake, Systems Administration, & Credentialing. Ben is responsible for identifying and implementing initiatives that will contribute to scaling and enhancing the best in class service our clients, and franchisees have come to expect. Ben reports directly to Chief Operations Officer, Randy Kerlin.
